Tend to disagree @RM8 If RNU wait until the graphite prices increase it will be too late as FID will take time and construction will be delayed. By then they have lost the first mover advantage. If RNU are serious about getting to production when the world moves into graphite deficit then they will need to start construction later this year as reported. IMO I believe they are aligning all the pieces to make sure everything is covered before a set of announcements are released that set off a chain of events.
