I just don't see how this project doesn't get large financial contributions from the government at both state and federal level. In all honesty, we will need much more equity than just the 'equity component' for the TECH project - Duane hinted at this discussing interest on repayments, we will certainly need a buffer of cash in the bank while construction is under way. I say the government funds a significant portion of equity, maybe 15-20% of capex and we see instos and shareholders come along for the CR to get us over the line and have a nice chunk of cash in the bank. A prepayment from GM/LG/POSCO would be lovely too
