Hi Shelly, I think it will likely be at Dar Es Salaam, from memory they had previously done a study to have something there and it would also be able to cater for Merelani if that happens.
Not sure about the 16%, wouldn't have thought mechanical shaping would be classed as mining activity but that then raises issues of transfer pricing etc if done by another subsidiary. Keep the accountants employed I guess.
As I said, bit surprised some of this stuff wasn't covered in Framework agreement, perhaps it was but they didn't mention it?
