As above, if someone places an order of more than 23c after 4pm they will be ahead of you at close. It goes to show that the algo bots whatever work hard to make sure the close was 23c not 23.5 by a mere 11 shares sold into the 23c bid. That's why it's really hard to make head or tail of what the 'market' is doing when you look at charts that are so cooked.
