I will throw another senario into the pot. What if MIN just want to take a decent size holding in ESS to block any further plays Put a director on the board (someone with belief and capability ) take a placement in ESS to raise sufficient funds to develope /explore and get the project to market so they can put it through their plant .This way they have more feed for their plant and they dont have to outlay much $. This could be a win win for all.
