I believe PLL want the plant operating in 2025. Apart from the concentrate they are receiving from NAL, it is hard to see where else they will get feed from by then at reasonable cost.
I would think Canada is their best option, (as it will be for most US downstream processors).
As SYA’s biggest shareholder, why would PLL not want to extend that relationship by securing feed from them before anyone else?
By 2025, SYA will be digging dirt like crazy.
