3rd party certifications will be good to satisfy potential land buyers but also keep sh updated on what they might be selling back to the company?
I am thinking that full disclosure required as it's pretty gnarly if they know they are sitting on extended reserves greater than previously Ann but then not telling the peeps that own the shares of this, and then buying them up.
so extra certified reserves and if ya still want sell back...you're welcome to.
