personally I would've preferred a share buyback... shares were created for the purpose of taking control of DIO, it failed but effectively, each new share became backed by 59c. Should of used those new funds to cancel out the shares that were created... and by the looks of it, they could of done the share buyback at 50c average and made a neat ~20% cash gain from the whole saga.
