Many different opinions are now making themselves known on the market, lot of buyers wanting exposure to M&A upside as sellers wanting to take risk off the table. You say
" nothing has changed since MIN got its 20% stake. TLEA are just as likely to make another offer today as they always have been, because a takeover offer was always their only choice after MIN got its 20%."... I disagree. That MIN or another would come in and take up 20% on market was an obvious possibility from the day the Scheme was signed up. It was a given from last week, so if TLEA were going to take "alternative action" with their EES BOD partners they probably wouldn't have left in such a hurry imo...(Tianqi seen leaving the Scheme TO headquarters last night lol)
