agree cap raise required but talking to broker Apparantley there is a little more interest floating around in the merged group if successful. so if combined hopefully we can start to get a bit of re rate off the back of a decent pathway to production story then at least will be less dilutive for all. that's the problem with penny small caps .. any basic cap raise is highly dilutive anyways.
otherwise neither company is going anywhere I think.
