From the 8 Feb announcement:
Pegasus had 40% then, and can go to 60%.
and from this announcement:
Hank or his trust can go to 11%
So it could be 71% controlled through Hank/Pegasus. That's a lot for a micro-stock that is on the ASX.
Its operations will be UAE, and Hank is now domiciled there. The customers are likely in Europe / US.
Is there any reason for it to stay listed on the ASX until Hank gets it to a size for the US markets? Anyone punting he will take it private?
