…to vote Barry Sechos off the Board once and for all AND vote down the Rem Plan to see if you can trigger a board spill to force out Brenda Shanahan by getting her to not stand for re-election or not get voted back on. The company still has the minimum requirement to meet Listing Rules. So these two can go with zero impact.
