Seemed like a excellent quarter to me with a potentially (probable?) shaky 1HFY24 to come. I don't think governments (politicians) anywhere have any compunction re changing conditions agreed 16 years beforehand. But LYC seems well prepared. IMO AL is a class act.
Does anyone know if the tweeted suggestion by the minister of shipping the 'radioactive' waste out of Malaysia to keep the full plant going has any legs? Which country would accept it? Australia?
And what, if anything, is different re waste from the new KAL plant? Does it have the same tainted stuff in it? Presumably LYC have permission for whatever their waste handling procedures are but can anyone shed more light on this aspect? My thanks in advance.
