Interesting idea: that FLN's SP is where it is due to manipulation by a, erm, seller (never mind that MB's 3Y disclosures reveal that he's often a third of the volume and intervenes whenever the SP goes on too rapid a slide).
A different theory to explain the muted SP reaction: they just posted earnings that are worse than anything in the past 4 years, except whatever disaster happened in 2H2022 (Escrow segment) or 4Q2022 (Marketplace segment), and are identical (in USD terms) to 1Q2016.
