That said, "some" agents do utilize other insidious practices, many of which I have pointed out in previous post. And yes, rural and regional agents, generally speaking, leave a lot to be desired on a professional level, but mainly due to sector ignorance and lack of broader RE experience outside their patch, in my experience.
