I thimk the stance Amanda is taking to the appeal board is clearly indicating the companies mood for no more nonsense and her report reflected that. We will be C and L until midnight 30 June, she said. Or,would be fair to say, obvious , other companies and countries will be monitoring this appeal outcome. This will put the plastic backboned authorities to do an about face I think. Too many repercussions for future investment if the July deadline is maintained when they know KAL is months away and Lynas has done its darmest best to comply with a ruling that should not have been made in the first place. I could understand holding the ruling if KAL was hardly started. Then there is the losing face problem with the Malaysian voters. Im thinking we will win the appeal. IMO.
