Except that hydrogen will never gain traction
it takes 3 times the energy to make enough hydrogen to power a hydrogen car for 1 km as it does to power an EV for 1 km
Hydrogen power trains cost way more to manufacture than EV power trains, and, unlike EV power trains, require regular maintenance
there is no widespread hydrogen distribution infrastructure, and is unlikely to ever be (especially for passenger vehicles).
