I think it's clear they are on team EMD, and keeping a close eye on us as their major competitor hot on their tails with a better product (hard cap over non-stable oil) and better bioavailability and dosing and synthetic.
If anything at 50/60mill market cap vs their 7B purchase they prob feel like no rush here keep it up EMD.
Its not like if someone else came along for a buy-out you wouldn't Ask Jazz if they want to top the bidding.
