One could argue there is ample cause for the disenfranchisement.
Dilution, is the other thing missed above. Consolidation will be arriving soon enough.
Re: the new holders, let's not pretend that this company is run in a healthy manner. Deceiving the newly arrived HODLers would be terribly immoral.
Until Bob & Co are gone this company won't even be worth its current low MCAP. That is due to an inability to act or communicate as would be expected from a listed company.
