I feel if they were still in negotiations then even if they asked for more details there would be no need to declare it. just an update in the 4 c would suffice. if it's a flat out no or prescription only result that would need an announcement, can't see it being a flat no so that leaves a limited initial release which would be fine by me.
putting in progress could just be a hangover from previous announcements, progress in application for fda ect.
I'm banking on full or partial approval, both good results.
