MAH has no recognised competence as an investor. They gave up all of that cash for a positions where they get treated worse that the placement recipients due to being escrowed. They really needed to step in front of Mac Bank and the hedging counterparties with a convertible note of some sort. Mac bank and the hedging counterparties gave up nothing at all as they are first in line, only MacMahon did. Bizarre!
