There are many techniques you can use. It largely depends on your time frame. This is one which is based on congestion boxes. The timeframe here is 5 minutes, so you can get in 1 or 2 trades per session, which is not too frenetic.
Of course, you have to learn how to identify congestion boxes, but that is not too difficult for most people.
