Good point on the churn rate:
two things; if churn is 4.3% , annualized at 50%, does it imply Viva loses half of its members each year? Also the churn rate was for 2019 when covid struck, do we have the latest numbers?
Assuming the 50% drop in membership is correct, the memberships should decline every year, but its not the case , it actually increases. New clubs contribute to increased memberships but still the raise in membership is only possible when viva intakes 60 to 70 member for every 50 lost and on a consistent basis from 2019. Also FY 22/23, has a full year without any covid restrictions, lets see the membership data in the next update.
