I would love to see an updated incidence and TAM as at the end of 2023. I think it would have increased a fair bit.
even the article says woman are taking unnecessary procedures (old IIH treatment) to cure IIH if they even have it. Imagine just having a simple drug which reduces pressure and rids you of IIH without all the procedures. Imagine doctors recommending that instead. Even if they misdiagnosed IIH the drug is not life threatening, it’s safe to use, no unnecessary procedures involved.
our drug will be life changing to the IIH community which with an ever growing obesity problem it will be much needed in the future.
