Vote no. Don't know how the last one got past & as we can all see giving this board free shares does not translate in any value for shareholders. The only time i have ever seen something get done quickly with this board was when we voted down the initial performance rights - They managed to act very quickly in getting another one in front of shareholders. If they acted as quickly with any other part of the business then I would have no issue in voting yes.
