Just to be clear, these options are employee option's not director options. The employees will get the options which ever way the vote goes.
This is an exercise in keeping the 15% placement limit for the year. If the options are voted down they will come from the 15% placement limit.
I will be voting NO down the card. Still not happy with the free options that where given to the Directors at the last AGM
