Just read the announcement again in which it states that
"most appeals are assessed by the Appeals Convenor and referred to the Minister for decision within 6 weeks of the closing date for appeals"
So, even allowing for the fact that the appeal was lodged right on the closing date, it still states that MOST appeals not ALL are referred to the Minister within 6 weeks, who may then take another 2 weeks to determine the matter.
We may not even get a ruling by next week judging by that line.....
