I don't think that BNL is in any dangr of failing - and I have confidence that we will do well with our investment here. Just taking way more time that it should have.
However, I agree with you that doing things that are expected of the BOD and workers does not represent higher than normal performance.
I suspect that any shareholders who have travelled 3 or 4 years on the BNL journey should be getting "above and beyond" endurance reward shares.
