I assume you mean lilacs simplicity, either way the advantage for lake is the reduced water usage given the location vs others but at what cost? Lilacs recovery rate is drastically worse than other DLE, lilacs ion exchange can only target lithium which means billions of dollars of byproducts go to waste, unlike ASN and VUL the brine has to be pumped to the surface which for larger production would mean a huge amount of fuel.. this thread compares DLE and in my mind it's undisputable that lake are the worst of the three between LKE, ASN and VUL, lilac might be the best DLE for kachi but it's not the best DLE out there
