for me Fred .. no .. $300m market cap opens the door for them to start to get a position and build it .. and there are several out there that like the stock .. just haven't been able to buy ( under $300m ) and waiting for the NCCN to give it the full green light ..
stay tuned .. but my take is they'll be starting shortly ..
