On the webinar that was held a couple of weeks ago with Bronwyn Barnes, Bronwyn stated their are a number of ways that the payment can be obtained.
EG, if the 90 million was awarded they could on sell the debt to other firms for say 60 million and then that firm collect the debt.
Other ways were seizing assets also done by other companies.
It sounds there are a number of ways or options to get a payout depending on what they are awarded and what path they chose to take. Sounds like there is a market for this type of thing.
Did anyone else listen to the webinar? but that was my take. Happy to be corrected.
