Demand the EGM still takes place on 3rd of May 2023, page-3

Hi Daniel,

I am an investor in lOUpay. I know your well aware of the situation with IOUpay and the upcoming EGM on the3rd of May 2023. In the most recent update to the ASX regarding the Appointment of VoluntaryAdministrators it mentions that it will be up to the Administrators whether or not the EGM now goes ahead. I believe and I can honestly say hundreds of investors that I am in contact with who have invested thousands even millions of dollars into IOU believe that the right thing to do is for the EGM on the 3rd of May 2023 to proceed. I believe there is a better way out of this mess for the company and all investors if the old Board of Directors is removed and replaced with the new proposed Directors. I know they have the experience and have sat on the board of other successful companies and ran other companies such as Greg from Grow Finance. And they have the financial backing from the likes of Finran. We believe it's imperative that the EGM takes place if the Administrator's truly want an honest and successful outcome for the company and for all those who invested in IOU.If you have time I would like to discuss this further with you.
