Was the buyback really a failure?
Time will tell, but feel like it's to early to call it a failure. Sure the share price has retracted from the boost it had during the buyback but there are other things in play.
Perhaps a dividend is on the cards and the buyback will mean that a dividend will cost them less so they can reserve more of their war chest.....perhaps that is me being overly optimistic
Do also agree that potential play for takeover of SM1 could be on cards....but that again is probably my optimism kicking into overdrive..
