False - the timelines are in the announcement.
But my point was - you have been crowing for weeks that there is no demand for 6% Chloride and "no one has idle refining capacity to take on additional 20ktpa from Galan", yet here is Neometals and Bondalti announcing that they will build a 25ktpa plant in Portugal which will source 6% Brine from Argentina, and it will be the lowest cost Hydroxide producer on the planet.
Just like there was no demand for BMX Spod auctions until PLS created it - GLN and NMT are ahead of the curve here imo, and I highly doubt they are already not in talks about it.
