Demand the EGM still takes place on 3rd of May 2023, page-18

Thanks @AussieHopper for jumping on this. I have sent my email to both Daniel and Philip.
It is ridiculous they bring in administrators just 4 days out from the EGM.
The new BOD already indicated they could raise funds, so why not let the vote happen first. If current BOD got back in (which they wouldn't), then fine, say you can't raise money and call in administrators. Otherwise if new BOD got in, they would have had a chance to raise capital to fund the business. That never happened. All this does now is make current BOD incumbent and removes all obligations - but screws us shareholders.

If you have shares in this company and want to give it a chance, write to Daniel. The more we can make our case, then hopefully he may listen - there are options here.
