My working out is as simple as; it took 5 weeks to get the equipment sourced and remove fluid from Vali-3, so it makes sense it would take less than that to get Vali-2 going.
We're at 4 weeks so we're getting close to when I'm expecting an announcement.
Obviously this is an incredibly simplistic thought but it's all I got.
