But providing misleading information as a Director would be
DM mentions such an incident in his report himself that he thought could lead to SH action, and there are more which need scrutiny in court too.
Lots of cash lost by shareholders after such statements would be a windfall for a law firm but either which way im after mine and so they better hope they have insurance or the family homes will be in question as i dont stand for being mislead especially when its affected my families future funds. They can go work in a mine to pay me back
