The scoping study, by it's very nature had to deal with the here and now, hence they had to base it on third party supplies of graphite.
As such, yes, it could have made it 12 months ago. I guess they had other reasons for not doing so.I noticed a drop in some other stocks I hold around the same time as IG6 dropped, seemed to be more to do with macro-economic events, presumably this was in relation to the CPI release late this morning.
