That is just ' i'm scared mummy'' coming from you.
How do you explain the huge oil money made in the middle east with the constant threat of full on wars?
In Aus our version of Mali is political terroisim via threats of taxes hanging over our heads eg mining, franking credits, negative gearing cuts etc.
We have become used to it just as Mali lives with their issues.
The reality is that Africa will eventually become a huge mining powerhouse.
