I have every idea about all the points DH raised but have been around long enough to know ALL projects have delays. I mean he even brought up cash burn, which is insignificant for the work being done and stakeholders, give me a break. Environmental stake holders will be the ministerial department responsible for the environment and probably water resources minister and definitely the locals. Grab a brain.
