Agreed, that’s what I am thinking too. When people are asked to tick the box that they have read the Ts and Cs they just do without reading so later they become disgruntled. As long as we become profitable with increasing profits that is the bottom line.
If we look at Qantas or Telstra, their reviews score is 1.2-1.3 stars but their SP Is between $4 and $6.50. Tomorrow We will find out how things have progressed.
