HFR need more money than banks lends.It's a regular banking practice that no bank lend more money than you have.So, if Banks lends 320M€ then HFR need others 320M€.This amounts that HFR need is very upper than market cap, around 500M of new shares.Expert analysts say that HFR can go down till 0,41 cent. meanwhile they search for a new partner or owner, so better shareholders should wait and be careful.
