Ex CFO (Kenneth) Found NOT GUILTY, page-17

I can't seem to read the whole document but can see that the case was in the Commercial Division and the nub of it was that the Plaintiff's case was set aside in view of non disclosure of material facts among other things. Respectfully, that does not give rise to a statement of 'not guilty', which could only come from a criminal matter, in the criminal jurisdiction. Perhaps the document has more information about him having been wrongfully accused - I can't see that, but has this case completley exonerated him? Is it now the case that he did not direct funds to companies associated with himself, his wife and family? Was that a complete fabrication?
