Agreed he is spread far too thin, even for JZ.
But I believe his vision is bigger picture and views the 3 companies as the strategy to become more of a Min Res.
Multi geographical, multi commodity (lithium as the core resource) (Rincon as the flagship)
IMO he needs to focus on AGY and have solid MD's in the other 2 to focus solely on their growth and resource opportunities.
