you are right, the indigenous are off the planet when it comes to this problem, and guess what? it's all intra-familial &/or communal. as in, 0 is "stranger danger!!!"
of course as we all know they are blameless and will remain so!
we in wa [town of carnarvon] recently had the experience of an indigenous steal small white girl and keep her in his cell, with the full knowledge of his fellow aboriginal community and not one of them male/female came forward.
