i have no doubt the tax will be modified but as long as labor retain power there will be a form of resources tax- it is logical that you base your investments along those lines.
Will BHP, RIO disappear ? No Resource companies will adapt - they will probaly become more creative with their accounting too
In a few years time this will all be forgotten and we will have moved on.
