Markets in particular the small cap area are brutal right now. In terms of TA around 12 cents has proven to be solid support and whenever it trades around the 14.5 cent area the sellers move in so overhead supply is still ongoing and is going to need a change of sentiment or some high impact news to shift out of this tight trading range. In the meantime Accumulation and Consolidation is going to continue and the fact that it continues to trade in a tight range is bullish in my opinion without any major sell offs.
