So, the most serious allegation that could be attempted would be defamation, right ?
I invite you to find any evidence that would support such a charge.
I've been concerned and heavily critical as a shareholder for a few years now so don't you think if I've crossed that line, legal proceedings would have been instigated long before now ?
From 100's of posts I've offered here, as well as on other companies, I've
never been reported for Defamatory reasons.
I give measured criticism where it's due and warranted according to my opinion and if the management of any company I invest in are not performing and not living up to their responsibilities, then it is my prerogative to comment accordingly.
Feel free to comment on this reply, as well as if you would be so kind as to point out any other issues that the company could possibly be concerned with over which they might consider proceedings.
If one doesn't sail close enough to the wind, no progress can be made and you're stuck in the middle of the ocean, directionless.
