Anything is possible. I do get the feeling sometimes that MM includes some "potential" possibilities though. She did say there would be a deal to fund the trials and that never came to be. Maybe she is hoping for FDA fast tracking rather than knowing this will be the case.
Good HIV lab results will put a different slant on things though - maybe enough to get some sort of deal. Biotechs are very hard to predict
