I can’t speak on behalf of shareholders, but I don’t see a problem with a CEO earning a set salary based on performance and delivering results, in saying this mgt ceo has recently joined and unfortunately the share price has fallen some 50% due to a change of strategy and cost some thousands with options not reaching the market value.
What I’m focusing on now is mgt hit 0.009 pre consolidation level and the sellers are drying up from todays lineup on asx, I could be wrong but it seems like this is the bottom and share price should go up based on demand, even though volume will be low, yesterday was a good day to have topped up if you were wanting to average down. As mentioned by someone else, there are plenty of share holders still in the green.
